This training is designed to support and strengthen professional practice across family services, child protection, and placement and support services. This highly interactive 6 hour workshop help practitioners understand and apply the principles of the BICPM to achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Participants will explore the purpose and benefits of the BICPM framework, learn how to apply its principles in real world practice, and develop skills to use the model in a cyclical and reflective way.
