The Multicultural Anxiety Support Group provides an inclusive and confidential space for people of varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds who experience persistent anxiety.
Regular meetings seek to foster connection and confidence by providing participants with the opportunity to discuss challenges, self-help ideas and coping strategies.
Groups are generally not structured, with participants sharing and discussing their own topics.
Friendly volunteers are on hand to keep the group running smoothly.
Meetings will be held online using Zoom and are free.

Who is eligible to join SisterWorks programs?
To join our programs you must be a women from a migrant, refugee or asylum seeker background and be over 18 years of age. With the ability to attend one of our in person hubs.
