Beyond the Violence is a free 8-week program for women and children who have been impacted by family violence.
It offers an opportunity to connect with other women who have survived violence, for children to explore prosocial behaviours and make friends,
and for families to reconnect with each other as a unit.
Suitable for families no longer in crisis nor living with the person using violence.

Making Changes for New Beginnings is an 8 week support group for women who have experiences family violence. The group aims to help you identify the effects of abusive relationships and create new beginnings for yourself.
Topics covered include:
- Cycle of violence
- Difference between anger and violence
- Healthy and unhealthy relationships
- Safety planning
- Parenting after family violence

Circle of heArts to heArts is a child-led experiential creative arts therapy group for children and their mothers/carers who experienced family violence and would like to explore their journey through using the creative arts process. It provides
opportunities for both child and their mother to explore, build and strengthen their relationships through creative arts and play.

Offering a range of therapeutic responses to children, young people, adults, and families who have experienced family violence.
Services covering:
- Individual counselling for adults
- Individual dyadic and family counselling for children and young people
- Group programs for children, young people and adults
- Peer support providing support with service delivery and group participation
