Webinar: Working Together: Resources to Support Collaborative Assessment of Family Violence Risk | Eastern Metropolitan Regional Family Violence Partnership

March 6 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Free

The RFVP team is excited to share Working Together: Resources to support collaborative assessment of family violence risk, which are now available on the RFVP website here.

To celebrate the launch of Working Together the RFVP team are holding two webinar information sessions. These sessions will showcase the content of the resources, examine how they can support frontline professionals and be applied in practice, and consider how they can support organisational alignment to MARAM. The sessions are relevant to frontline professionals across all sectors who have a role in responding to family violence, team leaders and managers, and staff involved in supporting MARAM alignment, including quality teams.

Working Together was developed as a resource to address issues identified through the RFVP’s collaborative discussions and meetings. It was identified that MARAM risk assessments were not always being shared between services when referrals were made, resulting in multiple risk assessments being completed and clients repeating their story to numerous service providers. In response, Working Together brings together practice and lived experience knowledge to enhance collaboration between professionals, including promoting greater sharing of MARAM risk assessments between services and more coordinated multi-agency assessments of family violence risk.
