Embedding Client Experience in Family Violence Service Design and Delivery | Monash GFVPC
The Embedding Lived Experience project seeks to build a lived experience and practice-informed evidence base about how to meaningfully and safely engage victim-survivor voices, perspectives and experiences to inform family violence service design and delivery.
In the workshops, we will ask questions about your professional views on:
- How family violence support services could get feedback from clients to help improve their work.
- Receiving and responding to client feedback.
- What infrastructure is needed to support services to seek feedback from clients.
