ELMHS | Professional Development Series | Responding to Eating Disorders with Children and Adolescents in the community

This presentation will provide an overview of eating disorders of eating disorder presentations in children and adolescents. It will identify early detection of eating disorders, appropriate responses and referral pathways. It will also explore the intersection between neuro affirming traits and eating disorders. This presentation is co facilitated by Monash Children’s Hospital- Adolescent Medicine and ELMHS. It features insights from a lived experienced worker who brings valuable perspectives from both private practice and their role at the Victorian Centre of Excellence in Eating Disorders. (CEED)
