NDAS in Sexual Harassment Matters – What’s changing in Victoria from July 1
From 1 July 2026, Victorian workers will have access to new rights to restrict the use of non-disclosure agreements in sexual harassment matters. This is thanks to years of campaigning by women in union to address cultures of silence and cover ups in workplace sexual harassment matters.
Join the workshop from 1:00 to 2:00PM, 23 June and make sure you are across the changes for workers under the Restricting Non-disclosure Agreements (Sexual Harassment at Work) Act 2025. Now that Victorian workers have won this law we need to make sure as many workers as possible know about it.
