We get them moving, provide breakfast, school lunch, and snacks, and make sure they’re ready and on time for school.   • Windook Dad’s Group Dandenong The Windook Dad’s group holds culturally safe yarning circles in which men can discuss topics such as: Parenting, Family Violence, Trauma, Self-care, grief and loss. Dads also get the opportunity to be connected with local Aboriginal and mainstream services that will empower them. Run in partnership with Relationships Australia.   • BUABAH Program (Bringing Up Aboriginal Babies At Home) Designed to support mothers who are pregnant with an Aboriginal child during pregnancy and up to 6 months after birth. Program aims to support families during the vulnerable stages of pregnancy, so they feel safe in attending appointments, giving birth and addressing the needs of their baby. Held at the Dandenong VACCA office contact them on (03) 9108 3500.
  • Dardi Munwurro (Dandenong site) Youth Programs– Provide one-on-one mentoring, self empowerment and resilience workshops and team activities, support and referrals, events, camps, training programs and regular meetings and gatherings.
