Booboop Narrkwarren Nagarra-jarra-noun means Family Healing Centre in the Woi wurrung language of the Wurundjeri People. The Centre is designed to support children between 0 to 11 years of age, their families and care systems to connect or reconnect with one another, and with their communities following challenging life experiences. This occurs through building meaningful, trusting therapeutic relationships.
The centre’s environment provides families with evidenced-based specialist support towards the work of restoring the child’s wellbeing and developmental trajectory. This is done through a whole family stay at a purpose-built child and family centre.
