The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare have introduced the Raising Expectations program that is helping care-experienced young people to access free training with their new guide to using the Victorian Government’s Youth Access Initiative. This initiative removed tuition fees for eligible young people aged 24 and under who have experienced formal out-of-home care. It is different to Free TAFE, offering many more course options (over 500) for eligible young people.
