Shifting Power: Inclusive Facilitation
Facilitating groups that challenge inequality and shift power is both an art and a skill. In an increasingly divisive world, effective communication skills are essential to bridge difference, hold complexity, and create spaces where all voices can be heard.
This interactive two-day workshop, co-designed and co-facilitated by Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE) and the Groupwork Centre, will give you the tools, techniques, and confidence to create truly inclusive spaces, where all voices are heard and meaningful change can happen.
Together, we’ll build on existing knowledge and learn from each other’s experiences in the field, recognising the wisdom and practice that participants bring to the room.
You’ll strengthen your ability to apply Gender Transformative Practice, use an intersectional lens in real time, and navigate the complexities of group dynamics in pursuit of equity and social justice.
