Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations that deliver Aboriginal sexual assault support services will define the foundational knowledge capabilities for Aboriginal practitioners. They will reference this capability framework and the work undertaken to document the service delivery model. This aligns with self-determination principles. Using this framework will ensure an informed, capable and culturally responsive workforce.
